Our special prices and benefits are valid for your friends & family, this is one of the greatest benefits of our company. You have to travel with them also together. If you can`t travel with, our company accepts also family member cards, various discount or loyalty cards, which are very often issued by airlines to crew/staff members and their friends & family. With such card, your friends & family can travel with us for special prices and benefits, even without you.

No, flight tickets are not included in the price.

Unfortunately no, our company does not offer flight tickets, as the majority of crew & staff clients book their own staff ticket or ID90 ticket.

We do reserve the right and we do not take any responsibility for last-minute changes, delays, cancelations or missed flights. We recommend traveling on confirmed flight tickets.

Please refer to the cancelation policy of each resort/hotel on our website. Cancelation charges will apply.

Check-in is generally at 2.00 PM, however, resorts/hotels are trying to accommodate all rooms as soon as possible upon arrival. This depends on the actual occupancy and availability on spot, in case you will have to wait for a short time, you will be entitled to all the resort/hotel facilities.

Check-out time is generally at 12.00 PM (noon time), resorts/hotels might allow to extend your room for additional 1-2 hours. This depends on actual occupancy and availability on the day and might come with an additional charge. You will be entitled to use all resort/hotel facilities until your departure.

No, our company does not provide travel insurance and such insurance is not included in the price. We recommend arranging of your own personal travel insurance with any commercial insurance company.
